“Ninjas! There are ninjas in the house!”
“Aw, Stevie, give it up. There’s no such thing as ninjas anyway.”
“I’m telling you, I saw them! All dressed in black, with slits where their eyes should be, and they was hiding in the shadows!”
“Stevie, enough with your stupid games. Go play with some toys.”
“Uh-uh! I ain’t staying here, not with ninjas.”
Stevie’s brother rolled his eyes and walked down the hall. He didn’t see the dark shape, with the slits for eyes, crouching in the shadow, waiting. But he had one thing right – they weren’t ninjas. There are no such thing as ninjas.
